When is my tuition due?
Tuition is due on Friday for the upcoming week of care.
Where can i pay my tuition?
You can pay you tuition at the center your child attends. At each center, there is a mailbox that you can drop your check in. You may also stop by our administrative office to pay your tuition.
How can i pay my tuition?
You can pay your tuition by check, money order or automatic bank payment. If you are paying by check or money order, we ask that you put your child's name on the bottom of the check or money order.
am i able to set up automatic WITHDRAWAL from my bank for my child's tuition?
You must contact your bank and set up an automatic payment. This automatic payment would be a check that your bank would send us every week in the mail for the tuition amount you owe.
what are your hours of operation?
Our School Age programs are open 6:30 am to 6:00 pm.
Our Early Learning programs are open 6:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Our administrative office is open 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

What happens in inclimate weather situations?
MLC follows the respective school district's weather decisions. McBIC will follow Mechanicsburg School District. Any MLC decisions will be posted on our website, Facebook page, and through the Remind App.
Can I pay more than one week of tuition?
Yes! You can pay ahead by weeks or months, whichever works for you.
